Salam all,

Masa sesi CMS lepas, En Aziz ada mention kalau nak buat loan rumah kita mintak minimum period utk MRTA i.e 5 tahun. Kalau bank benarkan kita utk tidak memilih MRTA, adakah kita patut pertimbangkan insurans lain i.e MLTA?

Note: MLTA tak boleh asborb dalam HLoan kita, maknanya kena kluar cash le utk bayar MLTA tu...

Mintak tolong citer skit pada kengkawan yg tau..tq :?

alrajhi bank packages :

1) Fully Islamic and Base on "KSA Syariah Compliance"
2) Zero Entry Cost (ZEC)
3) No lock in period
4) No Hidden Charges
5) No Penalty for early settlement
6) No late Payment charges
7) No event of default rate
8) Loan Tenure:- maximum 70years old @ 40 years financing tenure.
9) Margin of finance (MOF): 90%
10) MRTA: * Optional/not compulsory for under construction property

* alrajhibank loan is pure loan as we pay for the entry cost (legal fees, stamping, disbursement charge) instead of include it in the loan. Hence, your principal is small and your balance outstanding can be reduce earlier and quicker. Thanks.

homesmart tu rasa bgi sesuai yg keje swasta jer dpt..bonus bulan2 4,5x rendam dlm acc housing loan..kan..klau keje gomen mcm mana..500 jer bonus...

Sebelum raya tu hari sempat jumpa En Aziz. Berita menariknya- cari sebuah rumah untuk diduduki, anggaran 500K. Wow! terkejut gak, macam tak percaya. Dah lama nak cari rumah kedua nie (sebelum nie dapat peluang, tapi tak yakin).
Lepas raya pergi survey. Dapat yang berkenan (dekat dengan sekolah anak). Rumah dah siap (dekat setahun lepas), bumi lot.
Apa pendapat sahabat di luar sana, rumah bumi lot, beli direct dengan pemaju?
Sekarang tengah deal loan dengan HSBC. Tapi officer nie lambat lak beri market value. Rasanya market value dengan selling price berbeza ker?
Dah terbayang rumah baru sebelum hujung tahun nie :lol:
